A mad woman believed to give lucky numbers to pool betters have been besieged by money-hungry men in search of fortune.
The woman pictured above sitting with her back to the camera is said to be a mentally unstable woman.
According to reports, the people gathered around her believe she gives lucky numbers for betting games as a few have supposedly testified.
So they take their bets to her for her to help them pick lucky numbers.
