An architect has revealed his spectacular plans for the world's first underwater skyscrapers, which will be capable of holding 20,000 people. Vincent Callebaut from Belgium says has he designed the self-sufficient ocean-scrapers as a viable place for humans to live to reduce the carbon footprint on the planet.
The eco-friendly structures don't require dangerous fossil fuels as they produce their own energy and heat.
