Students Of UNIBEN Has Been Banned From Wearing Headphones (See Why)

Students of University of Benin UNIBEN have been banned from wearing earphones and headsets outside their hostels. 

This stern warning just came after the death of a 200 level student of the institution, Halim Rita Awele (Pictured above) who died after being hit by a military patrol van.The warning was posted at one of the school's hall on Tuesday. See below;
