The Edo state Police command yesterday 25th of August 2015 paraded a total 117 suspected criminals for several offences. Among those paraded were: 38 Armed robbers, 20 Kidnappers, 38 Cultists, and 10 others arrested for unlawful possession.
The command also paraded 6 arrested for murder, and 13 others for rape and defilement.
The command says, between 1st of July and 31st of July, a total of 82 suspects were charged to court for various offences as listed above.
tems recovered from the suspects include: 5 AK-47 rifles, 25 cut to size guns, 4 double barrel guns,
3 pump actions, 52 live cartridges, 1 Honda vehicle Reg: Lagos LSD 639 BP, 1 Nissan Primera Reg: BEN 920 FB, 1 C class Mercedez Benz Reg: Abuja GWA 902 FB, 1 Motorcycle, 7 Assorted phones, etc.
Suspects would be charged to court soon.
