A lawmaker from the green chamber was seen taking a nap while an issue as important as the country's national budget for the year 2016 was presented by the president.
Hon. Essien Ayi, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, representing Calabar South in Cross River state was caught on camera sleeping during the Budget presentation by President Muhammadu Buhari at the National Assembly joint session yesterday, 22nd of December.
