A driver has had a really narrow brush with death when his car went up in flames and he managed to escape unhurt.
A Blue Ford SUV with plate number, Abuja, GWA – 302 FB on Monday afternoon erupted in flames at a Police checkpoint close to Ushafa Bridge along the Ushafa-Bwari express road in the Federal capital Territory, Abuja.
According to Daily Post, the driver was however rescued unhurt.
However, despite attempts by passersby who were seen using fire extinguishers to help quench the fire said to have been caused by fuel linkage, the fire raged on.
