Some train passengers in Lagos have continued to risk their lives by sitting on the roof of trains despite how risky the act have show to be given past accidents.
Some Lagosians were pictured sitting on top of a fast-moving train which is highly dangerous as they get easily thrown off the train in the course of movement.
This practice by desperate Lagosians who are reluctant to pay for transport services has been discouraged by the government due to incessant cases of accident but the people have continued to turn deaf ears.
This has caused the death of some people in Lagos, Ebute Metta to be specific but people seem far from stopping the practice.
This is a call to constituted government authorities to employ strict measures in curtailing the excesses of people patronizing the public service to avoid future accidents.
