Fresh reports have it that president Muhammadu Buhari has terminated the appointments of permanent secretaries after meeting with them today. At the meeting were Chief of Staff to the President Abba Kyari and the Head of Civil Service of the Federation.
It was gathered that no fewer than 17 of the permanent secretaries were affected. This is coming ahead of the swearing-in of the ministers-designate scheduled for tomorrow.
